Pricing method
Translation services are usually priced according to the number of words in the source text. See below some general rules for applying a pricing method to your translation projetct:
- princing per source word: for Word (DOC, TXT, RTF) or Excel (XLS) files, with no "text box" or write protection. Texts in other formats can also be priced on the basis of source words - contact me for details.
- princing per source line: for image (JPG, TIF, BMP etc.) or PDF files. Also for hardcopy texts. One line contains 50 characters with spaces.
- pricing per translated page: only for publishing houses. The definition of a page is subject to agreement between the translator and the publishing house.
If your text does not fall into the above categories, please ask for information using these contact details.
